Job Responsibilities :
Manage the overall accounting and financial reporting and its subsidiary to ensure compliance with requirements or regulations;
cost control, track cost savings & capex (BP), forecasting, budgeting, and internal control process.
Coordinate & facilitate with external Audits to effectively communicate and ensure that requirements are adhered.
In-depth knowledge of Management of Accounting Transactions for cash flow reports, bank reconciliation statements and Taxation issues.
Comprehensive knowledge of corporate accounting functions including financial statements and consolidation, cash management, analysis, forecasting, and cost accounting.
Responsible for effective planning and execution of project plan and efficient use of resources to ensure project completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
Liaise with various parties, such as other project teams, contractors, consultants, designers, architects and to ensure the construction works are executed in accordance with the contract specification.
Plan, develop, implement & maintain company policies & procedures to ensure company’s internal control, administrative & corporate affairs processes are effective to fulfil company’s changing needs.
Perform monthly closings and supervision of monthly financial statements and management accounts.
Project cost tracking; budget, cashflow and actuals.
Provide financial / management accounting support and analysis to business unit(s).
Continuous review of accounting policies and procedures.
Manage internal, externals and SOX audits / auditors.
Evaluating & handling-over CPF, MOM and GST returns, managing both accounts receivable & payable.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree in Commerce / Accountancy / Banking.
At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work in a dynamic environment, meet tight deadlines and week end.
Familiar with latest and updated MOM requirements & regulations.
Excellent Finance & Accounts Knowledge (SAP B1) and Office management skills.
