We’re looking for an outstanding talent in Project & Portfolio Management a self-starter with a passion for using collaboration, the creative process and emerging technologies to produce world-class governance process and portfolio management.

You are expected to facilitate discussions among Leadership team to make the right choices on APAC Deliver Portfolio.
Essential Duties & Requirements :
The scope of key responsibilities includes :
Own Deliver Asia Pacific portfolio of projects, including investments (capital and project expense), cost improvements, capability building and compliance.
Manage portfolio reporting and analytics provide clear visibility on status and progress tracking, sufficiency to meet goals and affordability (budget, resource) to execute the portfolio.
Lead and facilitate monthly regional portfolio governance meeting to review regional portfolio and projects that are submitted for stage gate approval.
Develop and refresh regional portfolio roadmap for Deliver Asia Pacific, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
Partner with Global PPM team and other relevant global, regional and local stakeholders in driving the implementation of Deliver AP regional portfolio roadmap.
Drive continuous improvements in portfolio management execution. Identify and promote PPM best practice sharing within and outside of Deliver Asia Pacific.
Act as Deliver AP key contact point for cost improvements and project investment data; collaborate closely with Finance and Segment Supply Chain business partners to ensure alignment and consistency.
Co-lead strategic Network program that are high on Deliver agenda
Deploy the latest PPM tool, Planisware to Deliver organization & be the SME to provide training and troubleshooting when needed
Other features of the job :
External interactions may include customers, industry partners, third-party distribution centers and suppliers, transportation providers, and customer service center vendors.

Collaborate with Finance to run cost benchmarking
A minimum of eight years of general business experience; previous experience in project management, logistics, supply chain or related areas is preferred.
However driven and passionate talents are also considered.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Operations Research / Management Science, or a related field;
an advanced degree is preferred.
Holistic understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and strong analytics capabilities are highly valued.
Good understanding of financial principles is a must; ability to develop a stellar business case.
Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
You are analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problem-solving skills; the ability to develop innovative methodologies and solutions to complex problems is much appreciated.
You love to learn and communicate, are obsessive about the details, and most importantly get things done with a big smile on your face.
