Responsibilities

  • Meet sales goals by working with Brand Manager and Brand GM on a consistent basis to identify and communicate ideas and opportunities to drive sales
  • Analyse sales figures, monitor expenses to optimize sales and profits and set business strategies
  • Communicate opportunities, including, but not limited to : strategies to drive sales, stock needs, and product needs
  • Ensure individual sales goals are set for team leads and drive results to ensure peak performance
  • Ensure Team Leads are trained, developed and fluent on visual merchandising standards, product knowledge, best practices and Michael Kors’ Jet Set selling strategies and customer service model to maximize their business
  • Provide continuous coaching to floor staff on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, etc. to ensure the highest level of service is achieved
  • Recruit top talents for store and create bench strength with qualified candidates
  • Continually evaluate the performance and development of each team member and provide constant feedback to ensure positive results
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and adhered to at all times
  • Requirements

  • 5 years’ department and / or specialty store management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills (email, phone etc.)
  • Proficiency in retail math and computer software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze sales plans and reports
