Account manager is a new position in Sea Infrastructure, brought in to support the continuous success of all Sea businesses.
As an account manager, you will develop and manage internal business accounts for their business-as-usual and new initiatives.
You will deeply understand the customers’ business models, identify and manage their infrastructure needs, and lead the infra teams to build the most suitable solutions, and deliver them with high-quality project plans.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal business account sectors including digital entertainment, e-commerce, financial services, etc.
Develop and maintain good relationships with internal business customers.
Establish and maintain clear communication channels with the customers’ teams.
Identify and consolidate customers’ needs, and build high-quality solution proposals.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure the delivery of new projects & services.
Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure the best service SLAs.
Conduct regular business reviews with the customers on business forecast, project delivery, service quality, and cost analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related majors from recognized universities.
Passion in service delivery management or technology consulting.
Agile-like attitude with strong stakeholder management capabilities and a strategic mindset.
Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial and start-up’ like environment within an established brand.
Knowledge and experience in Infrastructure related topics eg. servers, network, security, cloud and data centers will be an added advantage.
Open to fresh graduates with high potential.
