Growth Lead, Singapore!
As Circles Life expands in its international markets of Australia and Taiwan as well as its home base of Singapore, we are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented leader who can continue our efforts driving the growth function and direct growth (specifically revenue through subscriber growth).
This is a high-profile role reporting to the growth leaders in Singapore, and the successful candidate will operate as the owner for defining the growth vision and roadmap in Singapore, to launch and build upon game-changing products & services.
This person also needs to be able to think strategically in order to conceptualize and commercialize new business products and / or ventures, and lay the essential foundations for them to develop into unicorns of the future.
This is a country-level role which is based in our office in Singapore.
As a Growth Lead, your key objectives will be to
Take end-to-end ownership of growing the base of customers in and out of Circles.Life products, including (but not limited to) aspects related to : efficiency awareness, acquisition, activation / revenue, retention, enhancement, and referral
Work alongside the various Head of Departments to experiment and implement creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build and grow our subscriber base
Work closely with the global team (especially with product and engineering teams) to build viral and growth loops and shape the various Circles.Life products
Coordinate with centralized Digital marketing and brand marketing functions for optimal effect
Adopt efficient tools, systems, and processes to drive sustainable growth, including relevant metrics and KPIs on the various growth initiatives
We are looking for individuals who...
Have proven track record of developing products and services from scratch , ideally end-to-end from idea conceptualisation to successful execution
Have 10+ years of total experience, of which 5+ of marketing / brand building leadership experience either in a FMCG, or an internet / technology company , ideally working within a fast-paced and competitive environment, ideally one that has experienced rapid growth and expansion
Have demonstrable ability of ownership, as well as a growth mindset , ideally able to influence and leverage internal resources across various teams to achieve business goals
Are Results-driven : someone who drives towards top business performance / pushes to meet or beat goals
Are Proactive : acts without being told what to do, brings new ideas to the company, and moves quickly and takes a stand without being overly abrasive
Possess Analytical skills : able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data to draw insightful conclusions from it
