HR Talent and Operations Associate (3-6 months contract)

Currently undergoing development are two applications that leverage Affinityâ€™s technology â€ Trident, a curated B2B marketplace and trade platform connecting verifiable, international partners for seamless cross-border trade;
and Good Worker, an online job matching platform for seasonal workers and employers in India.
Affinity, along with the applications Trident and Good Worker, are seeded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore.

This role is the one for you! We are looking for immediate support across our talent and operations functions
People and Talent Responsibilities :
Assist in HR administration such as letters of employment and other documentations, and payroll
Provide general HR support and coordination such as reporting
Support Recruiting function with the overall recruiting process such as scheduling interviews and maintaining the recruitment system
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status email
Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status
Coordinate post-interview debrief scheduling
Support on wider HR / People initiatives led by our Head of HR / People
Operations and IT Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities
Work closely with the Operations and HR teams, ensuring that their processes run smoothly
Supporting IT functions within the organization
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and policies
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Maintain a filing system for data
Ideal Candidate Requirements
2+ years experience in human resources / people / talent
2+ years experience in operations
Familiar with MOM Regulations and good knowledge of Employment Act
Familiar with HR process especially in recruitment and onboarding
Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
Good working attitude & self-driven
Good to work independently and in a team
Excited to be part of a fast-paced environment
Enjoys interacting and working with people across all levels and cultures
Detail-oriented and professional
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
