Responsible for planning, executing, and directing sales activities in local market to achieve sales objectives.
Target channel : Modern Trade / HORECA Trade
Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and effectively execute marketing activities with key accounts to generate higher sales volume
Analyse and develop strategic planning to identify sales gaps
Responsible for product promotion's proposal submission, negotiation, and execution
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
Drive sales and marketing objectives by developing and executing advertising and programs; creating sales action plans
Continually monitors market, customer, and competitor developments
Assisting collection of AR when required
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is necessary
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Marketing / Brand Management
Trade background in the foodservice industry will be highly preferred
