Key Responsibilities :

As Sr. Media Planner, you will be responsible to provide sales support to the Sr. Account Manager and Account Director to effectively manage and deliver client’s digital campaigns.

You need to manage relationships between clients and Amobee to ensure advertising targets are achieved or exceeded, and campaigns are delivered on-

brief. You should also maintain an in-depth understanding of the Amobee Product suite, as well as Ad Operations providing a consultative approach when dealing with clients

Account Management Support

  • Keep Account Manager and colleagues informed of client status and new opportunities as presented
  • Be aware of sales opportunities & and help your Account Manager accurately manage the client pipeline
  • Provide support at client presentations
  • Makes decisions in consultation with Account Manager and in line with team and company objectives
  • Ensure your client base have updated information including sales collateral and information on new products
  • Relationship Management

  • Coordinate accurate communication between the delivery team and the client(s) before, during and after campaign
  • Accurately identify customer requirements and expectations, and adapt the client service strategy appropriately
  • Maintain effective inter-team relationships with stakeholders across the Delivery and Media teams to ensure effective communication is maintained across the business
  • Campaign Management and Optimization

  • End to end responsibility for campaign set up, reporting and optimisation across the client portfolio, including effective communication between the Client, the Account Manager, and Delivery Team
  • Optimise and develop campaigns to target, budget, profit margin and performance goals
  • Improve campaign performance through analytics and a deep understanding of the available levers internally as well as externally
  • Validate campaign adjustments & work to minimize billing discrepancies
  • Ability to trouble shoot basic technical issues
  • Update Account Manager on current Network capabilities and identify future campaign opportunities across the Product suite
  • Reporting on live campaigns, carrying out network analysis
  • Sales Administration

  • Ensure all current clients have signed insertion orders / booking forms and that they completed with accuracy
  • Help ensure all clients have provided ad material by due dates Provide in-depth weekly reports
  • Analyse results of campaigns in order to feedback positive recommendations for future campaigns to clients
  • Be a key point of contact for your clients and agencies
  • Ensure documentation and formal processes are adhered to
  • Present written communications clearly and concisely
  • Desired Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media / Marketing or related field
  • Proven successful organisation and administration skills
  • At least 2 years commercial experience in online advertising sales related industry highly regarded
  • Attention to detail. Ensures that all tasks are completed with 100% accuracy
  • Customer focus. Investigates and takes action to meet customers’ current and future needs
  • Communication skills. Writes, speaks and presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings
  • Planning, organising and coordinating. Efficiently develops and implements plans to accomplish goals before deadlines
  • Ability to develop strong, lasting client relationships
  • Ability to gain excellent product, competitor & market knowledge
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness & willingness to learn and be taught
  • Power Point, Excel, Word & Outlook skills mandatory
