Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for purchase administration and order processing
  • To assist in monitoring supplier compliances with Purchase Orders and
  • resolve all materials affecting the quality of the products.

  • Attend daily production meeting, plan for materials and release through job tickets
  • To assist in Sourcing of new products / vendors / suppliers
  • Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery and logistics
  • Manage and maintenance of ERP system - Purchasing & Inventory module
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and trigger orders as needed
  • To comply and update all ISO documents.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Possess at least Diploma in Purchasing or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills to maintain a good
  • relations with suppliers

  • Independent, disciplined, organized, and collaborative team player
  • Proficient in MS office, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material &
  • Warehouse Management, Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
