As a Strategic Account Executive at Microsoft, consider yourself the dedicated virtual CEO of an account who leads our top customer into the digital age.

Business Strategy : Process good understanding of Singapore Healthcare System, National Agenda on healthcare and research, Industry Direction and develop sustainable business plans to be the strategic digital transformation partner to the customers.

Understand the customer’s business, business strategy and industry direction and manage a long term, sustainable business portfolio.

Customer Relationship : Owns IT and Business relationships. Build coalition to drive tangible business outcomes with trust and integrity.

Digital Transformation Leader and Operational Excellence : Lead, drive and manage opportunities for M365, Azure, Business Applications, Data & AI Solution Areas.

Consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.

Disrupt the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase case for change and Microsoft’s unique value proposition

Account and Opportunity Orchestration : Mobilize the entire account team and direct clear opportunity ownership in strong collaboration with business partners

  • The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for the following :

  • Relationship Building - Owns the Relationship C Level and build strategic Horizon 123 partnership with trust and Integrity
  • Chief People Leadership Mobilize, orchestrate, mentor and lead the Microsoft Account Team, partners and customer in order to help solidify the path to the complex yet exciting journey that is digital transformation.
  • Business Development Artistry - Responsible for articulating the joint business plan and business opportunity generation with continuous learning and improvement in industries such as Government Healthcare.
  • Qualifications

  • 8+ years of building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers of which at least 5 years covering Healthcare and / or Government customers.
  • Understanding of Healthcare and / or Government Procurement Process.
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies IAAS, PAAS, SAAS, Hybrid Cloud etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Embody we-before-me mindset
  • Experience in working within multi-cultural, diverse and remote teams across different disciplines
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to customer management
