where we deal withcustomers from across South East Asia. Primarily focused on generatingbusiness from existing clients. You will be responsible for contacting andqualifying prospects, explaining our products and services, proposing solutionsthat meet customer needs, and closing new business.

An effective AccountManager must be an excellent communicator, have superior people skills andpossess a strong work ethic.

They must be comfortable presenting products orservices over the phone and face to face as well as dealing with salesobjections.

It is a fast moving business withbig ambitions. You need to be solutions orientated with a positive approach tolife and work.

Responsibilities :

  • Effectively build, manage, andclose a sales pipeline of qualified customers for ICIS products and services
  • Demonstrate our products focusing on thecustomer’s business objectives
  • Go the extra mile to hit Salestargets and facilitate future sales
  • Efficiently manage a portfolioof customers to optimize client satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Ask questions to understandcustomer requirements, purchasing dynamics, and contracting processes
  • Answer detailed questions abouta product, our content, or the company
  • Enter and upload customerinformation into Salesforce.com and relevant CRM databases
  • Keep records of sales and noteuseful information
  • Skills and Behaviors :

    A natural on the phone and comfortable, to havehigh in-depth business discussions with senior decision makers

    Highly self-motivated, energetic individual whobuilds strong relationships quickly

    Strong focus on solution sales and selling onvalue

    Commercially minded with a strong motivation tosucceed in a high performing sales team

    Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of thechanging market, our customers and the business

    Great negotiation and communication skills

    Be prepared for occasional foreign travel

    Proficiency in a South East Asian language willbe preferred

    Experienced with software solution sales ishighly preferred
