  • Responsible for monthly payroll and CPF submission.
  • Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, selection, on-boarding, etc.
  • Responsible for work pass related matters.
  • Responsible for insurance related matters.
  • Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
  • Responsible for submission of training grants.
  • Administer annual performance appraisal.
  • Administer HR handbook, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR letters and memo.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Well-versed in local HR practices, Employment Act and related statutory regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and positive attitude team player; able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately.
