Job responsibilities :

  • Executing of marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for products; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements sales programs by developing sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and competitors.
  • Provide training, coaching and education workshop to customers.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending product sales workshops; reviewing professional publications;
  • establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies if necessary.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Job Requirements :

  • A-level and above from any field of studies. Preferably from science / biology study.
  • Graduated with optometry study may also apply.
  • Committed to continuous education through training, workshops, seminars and conferences (local and overseas)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
