Job Description :

Hands on experience on SAP CRM Sales , SAP CRM Service

  • Need to work on SAP Contact Center, BCM incidents, PM, CR’s.
  • Need to work with users, client and drive the meetings
  • Need to act as POC for APAC region during early morning hours and drive for solution for critical incidents, P1 and Escalations
  • Work with resources in US, India and Germany
  • To be available always for critical and P1 tickets
  • To be able to handle a team of 10 – 15 members
