ResponsibilitiesAssisting Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance and accounting matters (AR / AP / GL)Responsible for preparing all local payment to staff, dealers, vendors and suppliers every month.

Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation, audit schedules and other reconciliation accounts.Assist in preparing internal and external reports timely and accurately to Management and HQ.

Ensure all supporting receipts and relevant documents are attached.Ensure claims amount match with supporting documents.Prepare monthly journal entries.

Ensure accurate and timely month end closing of accounts.RequirementsCandidate must possess at least an A Level, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking studies or equivalentMinimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacityResponsible, meticulous and detailed oriented, have a strong sense of commitmentIndependent, highly organized individual who is able to multi-task and a team playerGood interpersonal and communication skillsAble to start work immediately is strongly preferredGood command of English and MandarinBy clicking on the "Apply Now" button, you will be directed to MyCareersFuture to complete your job application.
