Sales Ops Enablement Specialist, APJ
Location : Singapore
Reporting to : Sales Operations Manager, APJ
The Sales Ops Enablement Specialist, APJ is supporting the overall CRM transformation project and contributes to drive best-
in-class commercial sales excellence.
Drive greater visibility into CRM system usage / adoption by identifying user-based metrics enabling organization to measure commercial productivity and ROI of investments
Drive working sessions with divisional and country stakeholders to identify business requirements, milestones and timelines
Engage cross functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce detailed mapped processes, functional requirement documents and assumptions to close the gap between business expectations and designed solution
Initiates and contribute to overall sales force enablement with new initiatives that drives sales efficiency and effectiveness within CRM transformation project or any other development of sales tools
Communicates regularly to country CRM users on upcoming changes and enhancements to CRM functionalities
Responsible to understand CRM transformation data migration criteria and drive data quality within CRM for the region throughout the implementation
Support team lead in implementation of CRM transformation project deliverables
Work closely with project teams (e.g. global sales operations, integration office) and other functional teams to ensure APJ region meets timelines and requirements
Perform other related projects / functions as required by the team lead
Ability to travel within Asia Pacific for 20% of the time
Degree in Business / Economics or other related field. Exposure in MNC working environment.
5 to 7 years’ experience in Sales Operations.
Experience in CRM migration project a strong plus.
Ability to adapt, react and managing to fast changing environments and requirements
Excellent analytical skills, supported by a strong attention to detail.
Must- have skills : Microsoft office suites and process mapping software
Self-starter is a strong plus
Comfortable communicating with country teams within region.
