Job Description : Responsibilities :
Assist with branch offices development, goals setting & fully responsible for branchs HR activities
Assist with developing, streamlining and implementation of new policies, processes and procedures to meet business needs
Responsible for talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll, performance management & etc.
Provide regular reporting to regional HR office, contribute ideas, and maintain the professionalism in human resources management.
Assisting the general manager of the Vietnam branch to carry out corporate culture construction, create a positive, efficient, pragmatic, and caring work atmosphere.
Able to relocate to Hai Phong, Vietnam
Vietnamese, ability to write & speak fluent English & Chinese
Bachelor degree & above
At least 8 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years in managerial role
Manufacturing background preferred
Familiar with Vietnams HR / Employment Law & Regulations & talent acquisition channel
