Their core business is the handling of Less than Container Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL), and air cargo to numerous destinations worldwide.
They offer bi-weekly, weekly and daily services via their globally coordinated network of 300 offices firmly established in over 160 countries including Latin America, Caribbean, Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
They have guaranteed space with all carriers and private off dock warehousing at most destinations.
Sell and promote client’s Worldwide Transportation services while maintaining and managing an account base.
Job Description :
Maintain working relationships with assigned client base in order to cultivate business. At the same time :
Grow account base in territory by closing new business in all service categories offered (i.e. Exports - LCL / FCL / AIR / Project Cargo.
Imports-LCL / FCL / AIR / FTF / Project Cargo).
Inform and educate customers on rates, regulations / procedures regarding all aspects of the business.
Review accounts to identify problems, proposed changes in pick-up, schedules, rates, handling requirements, etc.
Follow up with customers to discuss and resolve problems.
Maintain working relationships with agents at destination and other sales colleagues (i.e. Sales Liaisons) to exchange leads and work as team to close business for the organization.

Prior Industry knowledge (e.g. in NVOCC / Freight Forwarding) is an advantage.
2-5 years of sales experience preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry documentation / communications.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
