Well-known Global FMCG MNC

5 days Work Week / Pasir Panjang

Basic Salary up to S$1,600 + Attractive bonuses!

Contract is renewable!!

Our client is a Global FMCG MNC, stranger to none. They are currently looking for suitable candidates to join them as a Customer Development Assistant for a 6 month contract .

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Mapping of SKU codes in conjunction of new visual change / festive packs to facilitate order processing.
  • Tracking and Maintenance of customer contracts - verify details, tracking progress, filing, upload & extract into the system.
  • Create new outlet account or vendor account & Mass maintenance / update / suppression - check & get
  • Manager to approve Customer Master Input Form (CMIF)
  • Coordinating equipment installation, exchange, relocation & dismantling;-raise OVF & LOA form.
  • Hardcopy filling for tracking purpose.
  • Procurement of items for company use.
  • Handle urgent customer orders, failed / urgent deliveries, Special Delivery requests, and third party transportation / logistics companies via SDI form.
  • Raise RGS (FOC goods for sponsorship, events, Goodwill Drinks); keep a records of approvals along with a copy of RGS.
  • Raise GME for any gifts / meals / entertainment to government officials, or organization related to govt.(FairPrice)
  • Update / Track competition pricings during festive period.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min diploma / degree
  • Diligent and organized
  • Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft
  • Ability to work in a team

    Salary : Up to S$1,600 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
