About the Opportunity

As a Business Process Re-engineering Professional, you will bepart of a team that seeks to bring innovation and digitalising solutions to ourclients, focusing driving changes to optimise business processes on businessprocesses and eliminate tasks that do not provide value to our clients.

You will be a key member of the team, dedicated to maintainingmeaningful relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

You will assistour team in engaging current and prospective clients because you stronglybelieve that they will benefit your input.

You will form a crucial part of ourproject teams for the successful delivery of services to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Business Process Re-engineering strategies and deliveries for clients
  • Collaborate with business users to identify requirements and advice on applying the best practices for better results;
  • Work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
  • Consistently deliver quality client services
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and provide constant updates to key stakeholders about progress and expected outcomes
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
  • Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs

  • Ability to generate ideas, communicate with stakeholders and sell proposal with a flair of reaching out to people of all levels
  • Ability to build trust and manage high level, executive relationships
  • Dedicated team player and demonstrate integrity within a professional environment
  • Know when to laugh and when to suit up (or both). You’re fun, but always maintain integrity and good work ethics.

  • To Qualify for the role, you must have

  • Degree in Business Process Re-engineering, Technology Management,Quality or related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar technicalfunction, in the same or relevant industry;
  • In depth functional knowledge in end to end processes;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to efficiently manage interactionswith business users, stakeholders and vendors;
  • Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills and attentionto detail;
  • Must be proactive and result oriented.
  • Solution-oriented with go-getter personality
  • The ability to think out of the box
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma
  • Good understanding of technology and system implementationconcepts
  • Good understanding of technical aspects of system integration in amix technology environment.
  • Experience working in multiculturalteams
  • Willingness to travel on overseas assignment on need-to basis
