You will be responsible for maximising revenue from the sales of atrium and advertising spaces, pushcarts, rides and licenses in the mall.
You will be required to track the monthly sales and formulate strategies to achieve and exceed targets. This includes planning and managing the space booking schedules and exhibitors.
You will liaise with event organisers and government agencies as well as to develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential tenants and exhibitors.
You will also update Company’s database, process invoices and maintain proper administration of paperwork. In addition, you are expected to develop a list of potential exhibitors, vendors and tenants that is in line with the guidelines, branding and image of the mall.
You should possess a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or its equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
To succeed in this role, you should be customer and result-oriented, resourceful, independent, persuasive, meticulous and possess strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
You should also have a flair for numbers and the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
