As an HR Business Partner, you will be acting as the point of contact for all employees in Infrastructure team on all HR-related topics.
You should be a proactive communicator who can successfully balance out employee needs and business objectives.
Develop & implement the HR strategies in partnership with the Infra team, such as career planning, learning & development, employee relations, and staff engagement.
Work closely with the Head of Business to offer thought, coordinate and execute on people-related projects for the business unit.
Serve as the point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit to provide guidance and advisory on best practices.
Establish effective communication channels to ensure the smooth information flow and promote company culture and employee engagement.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist, preferably business partnership experience.
Hands on experience of design and roll out HR programs in staff engagement, talent management, learning & development, and employee relationship.
Capable of maintaining good relationship with internal stakeholders of different levels of the organization.
Highly self-motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (speaking and writing) due to regional coverage.
