As an HR Business Partner, you will be acting as the point of contact for all employees in Infrastructure team on all HR-related topics.

You should be a proactive communicator who can successfully balance out employee needs and business objectives.

  • Develop & implement the HR strategies in partnership with the Infra team, such as career planning, learning & development, employee relations, and staff engagement.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business to offer thought, coordinate and execute on people-related projects for the business unit.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit to provide guidance and advisory on best practices.
  • Establish effective communication channels to ensure the smooth information flow and promote company culture and employee engagement.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist, preferably business partnership experience.
  • Hands on experience of design and roll out HR programs in staff engagement, talent management, learning & development, and employee relationship.
  • Capable of maintaining good relationship with internal stakeholders of different levels of the organization.
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (speaking and writing) due to regional coverage.
