  • This role is responsible for managing a team of high performing, customer facing consultants and architects while also maintaining a personal billable utilization target.
  • The role requires a background in management and services delivery with experience in driving employee development and engagement in a distributed work environment.
  • The individual will also have a passion for delivering successful customer outcomes, as both an engagement leader and mentor.

  • Effectively facilitates advanced workshops and meetings to ensure all attendees are engaged and stated objectives are met

  • Can effectively drive customer toward successful discovery and requirements capture
  • Can demonstrate success in building key relationships within the BMC eco-system including Sales, Support, and Product Engineering
  • Able to achieve personal billable utilization target
  • Technical Skills :

  • Open Air, Oracle Applications (MDA), Callidus, iLearn experience preferable
  • Maintains advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Deployment and administration experience within the appropriate BMC Software product portfolio
  • Builds skills in technical areas which support the deployment and integration of BMC based solutions
