Overview of the role

Working closely with the General Manager, Head of Sales, Business Development / Account Managers and Subject Matter Experts (including operations team), the Client Service Executive is responsible for Aspire Lifestyles’ clients’ satisfaction of concierge services.

The incumbent is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to clients, as well as represent clients’ needs and goals to ensure quality.

In addition, he / she will generate client reports to ensure timelines are met and fulfilled.


  • Provides support to quarterly business reviews (preferably in the Concierge Center) between the clients and Aspire Lifestyles team (including the Subject Matter Experts and Operations)
  • Support where necessary to prepare and process client invoices. Ensure that the Standard Operations, Billing Procedures and Program Decommission Procedures are in place and quality standards are met
  • Support preparation of account marketing promotional activities, product launches, direct marketing activities, client education and training activities
  • Provide the full complement of after-sales administration support, maintain and manage client information in the Aspire’s CRM database by initiating contact with clients where necessary on information updates
  • Generate monthly client reports, involving Head of Sales / Business Development / Account Managers
  • Provide monthly reports and weekly updates during Sales & Marketing meeting on all account activities including status and call reports
  • Requirements

  • Experience in data entry and meticulous with financial figures will be a strong advantage
  • Goal oriented with a strong passion, drive and motivation

  • Able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities and personalities
  • Possess networking skills and has the ability to collaborate, co-operate and communicate effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, and matrix organization
