Being part of our Broking team to service a portfolio of medium to large enterprises, you would be taking ownership of the assigned portfolio to ensure profitability of the accounts and renewal business.
As the Client Manager, you would be expected to :
Day-to-day servicing of clients’ insurance requests and ensure good service delivery
Works with local Marsh network and clients in APAC to service clients’ needs
Policy / contract reviews
Builds good relationship with clients, Producing Office and local Marsh servicers
Assists in the development and finalization of Client Service Agreements.
Assists the Client Manager(s) in implementing action plans, monitoring progress, assuring service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions.
Communicates regularly with clients, Producing Office and service team members. Monitors feedback through surveys and ongoing dialogue.
To be successful for this role, you would be expected to have :
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experiences in at least Senior Broker’s level, if not a similar capacity.
Experience with any of the following areas : Corporate Solutions, Property & Casualty and Infrastructure is preferred
Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage
Strong negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills
Highly motivated, team player with good interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate swiftly in a fast paced environment
Good command of English, written & verbal
