My client is a global MNC looking for a HR Manager. You will be reporting directly to the HR Director and will have a small team of people working for you.

You will work closely with the HR BPs to look into recruitment solutions and manage short and long term international assignees.
You will work to improve mobility and recruitment processes. You will also handle benefits administration. You will also be involved in various HR policy reviews.
You will preferably be from a MNC with managerial experience and from a HR shared service background. You will have at least 8 years of HR experience and is very strong in HR operational processes.
You are a person who has good stakeholder management and one who is able to deal with conflicts effectively. Finally, you are also a person who has strong communications skills and is able to influence people.
