  • Position Purpose

    The Chief of Staff provides close support to the APAC Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) & APAC Compliance Chief Operating Officer (COO) and contributes to the efficient running of the Compliance department on areas including governance, management reporting, events, and process improvement.

    Management Support

  • Provide close management support to APAC CCO and APAC Compliance COO
  • Assist APAC CCO and APAC Compliance COO with APAC Compliance ExCo and APAC Compliance COO level committees
  • o Write minutes

    o Prepare / contribute / collect support documentation

    o Follow up action points

    o Pre-brief CCO & COO on key priorities / attention points

  • Identify / escalate risks to COO and propose potential solutions or mitigations for critical points
  • As required, preparation of CCO / COO presentations
  • Support the COO and APAC CCO in the delivery and implementation of Compliance initiatives
  • Management Reporting

  • Oversee, create, and issue key management reports within the CCO and COO perimeter
  • Design, ensure homogeneity and produce key Compliance management reporting
  • Events

  • In conjunction with Business Manager APAC, contribute to preparation of CCO and COO events and communication
  • Process and Procedures Improvement

  • Identify potential process or procedures improvement opportunities and drive their implementation with the Transformation team or Business management team

  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
  • Experience and Qualifications required

  • Bachelors or Graduate Degree required
  • At least 5 years’ work experiences in relevant roles
