As an Head of Inside Sales; you will be :

Responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of sales professionals toward meeting company objectives in the areas of new sales revenue, growth of base business and market penetration.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual willing to lead the strategic building of a new inside sales team.

This individual must be exceptional at inspiring a team to over-performance while closely managing processes, developing efficiencies, and focus on sales analytics and metrics to drive sustained success.

  • To be successful, you’ll bring with you;
  • At least 7 Years of successful inside sales experience preferably in a complex solutions or B2B environment
  • 5 or more years of proven sales leadership and management experience
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to network effectively both internally and externally
  • Strong business and financial acumen
