You will be responsible for the deployment of Customer Relationship Management systems which include migrating and configuring existing data to the proposed system.
You will need to liaise with external vendors on implementation of system solutions, maintain and manage strong compliance culture and the entire deployment process and be required lead on the development of project plans specifying task, staffing, scheduling and deliverables, performs work and management of plans to meet requirements.
Other duties include develops and maintains software operating procedures documentation, support software usage through quality control and data analysis, work with users and technical team to develop program changes and new programs to satisfy business requirements.
You should possess a Degree in Information Technology with at least 5 years’ relevant technical experience. To succeed in this role, you should be well-
versed in enterprise systems, web portals and services, work flows and vendor management. You should also possess knowledge in dot net, web architectures, SDLC, database designs and dashboards.
Other attributes include being responsible, strong and quick team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
