Manage and motivate a team of HR and training professionals. Facilitate the development of the team to achieve high levels of professionalism.
Coach and develop a team of professionals to ensure that there is continuity.
Provide leadership and direction in formulating, developing, implementing and monitoring hospital-wide HRD strategies, policies and plans that are aligned to the vision and strategic direction of the hospital.
Provide directions in the allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes and agreed targets. Ensure quality in the execution of strategies, policies and plans.
Provide leadership in ensuring quality delivery and developing cutting edge HRD practices including training interventions to meet business needs, taking leads in organisation development, leadership development and talent development.
HRD service delivery : efficient and effective HRIS, customer oriented and user friendly HRD services.
Act as a resource person and consultant to other functions / divisions on HRD with a hands-on focus in terms of delivering solutions to such problems.
Provides functional leadership to ad-hoc task forces on business / operational projects that have HR implications
Support MOH’s and MOHH’s HR initiatives.
Degree, preferably in Human Resource, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development. Those with a Master’s degree or specialist qualifications in HRD will have an added advantage.
Ten years related working experience gained in big organisations or MNCs with good HR practices and programs.
Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently, resourceful and has an open mind-set that is attuned to the business needs of the organisation.
Demonstrated organisational change management, facilitation and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
