Job Purpose

  • Manage annual budgeting, SCM & productivity saves planning
  • Track monthly operations budget (accrual & expense), SCM & productivity saves
  • Manage & improve daily CIT forecasting and review opportunities to reduce CIT
  • Drive review and improvement of SSB operational processes to maintain efficiency and productivity balancing these with risks / controls and service quality
  • Lead data analysis to support the operations and support management reporting & updates
  • Key Accountabilities

  • Track SSB budget and SCM initiatives
  • Ensure reliable & accurate CIT forecasting
  • Identify process improvements within operations and reconciliation process and work with vendors to implement them
  • Work within the SSB team to identify productivity initiatives and implement them within the team
  • Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external and internal parties to identify process improvement opportunities within SSB operations and reconciliation process
  • Work closely with system owners and technical leads for writing, reviewing Business Requirement document, reviewing Functional Specification, producing and executing UAT test plan
  • Perform data analytics on machine faults and identify actionable insights to improve machine uptime
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers to manage SSB budget and also track Strategic Cost Management (SCM) initiatives
  • Prepare updates on project status / initiatives for senior management
  • Support post-implementation tasks such as benefits tracking, periodic reporting, etc.
  • Participate & lead team activities within unit and department
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Engineering with at least 8 years experience
  • Advanced skills in MS office products
  • A good team player who is able to work well with product specialist, systems specialist, technical teams and external vendors
  • Able to present in an articulate manner to senior management
  • Prior experience in process improvement
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Sound analytical and decision making abilities
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff and external parties
  • Demonstrate Critical thinking : ability to suggest improvements and identify risks
  • A highly organized individual with good communication skills (verbal and non verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment
  • Self-starter, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet deadlines effectively
