Your Role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be a leading member in the delivery of innovative technical project for a large automotive client in Jakarta.

First being based in Singapore, we expect you to lead the maintenance and expansion of the solution from our Jakarta office after completion.

As such, next to your exceptional digital and technical knowledge, we expect you to have a positive can do attitude , exceptional communication skills and a passion to collaborate with and lead people around you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical and digital projects from brief response, strategy development, creative, design, UX, development and coding
  • Ability to accurately scope a project, including effort and budget estimations, resourcing, dependencies, deliverables, exclusions, etc.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans that accurately reflect the scope of work but also consider client expectations and business objectives
  • Conduct evaluations including lessons learned and preparation of any follow-on action recommendations as required
  • Work with finance and account team to maintain costs tracking and revenue reconciliation reports
  • Able to work effectively and manage multi-disciplined teams across different locations and time zones
  • Builds respectful, strong working relationships with internal teams, partners / vendors and clients
  • Be proactive about putting forward new ideas, finding solutions to client’s business needs, monitoring of competitive activity / industry trends and bringing fresh thinking / innovation
  • Strong management and team working skills to help identify and grow junior talent
  • Skills and other requirements

  • Solid experience as project manager in a technical digital environment
  • Knowledge of MS.NET, SQL, Azure and MS Dynamics
  • Expert knowledge or native speaker of Indonesian
