You will provide administrative and HR support primarily to the Singapore R&D team and APAC R&D projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Coordinate, monitor, track progress of people projects, initiatives and related programs, e.g., University Recruitment and Internship Programmes, Mentor-
Mentee Programme, and Job-Exchange Programme.
Assist in on-boarding of new R&D hires, e.g., On-boarding Engagement Programme, a bi-monthly programme to help new employees become familiar with various employee tools including iConnect, ThermoU, Workday, PPI, etc.
Be the liaison for Total Training Plan, including training expenses monitoring, knowledge retention, and ISO compliance.
Be a member of R&D RC Committee to drive for wellness and engagement of the team.
Maintain records of total headcounts in R&D.
Raise SRM (purchase requisitions) and follow up on delivery.
Update project BOM costing and keep track of R&D expenses.
Manage all visitors schedule, logistics, and support all R&D large-scale meetings and events, including securing of meeting rooms and venues.
Co-ordinate R&D employee, leadership and offsite meetings.
Manages team communication platform and set up tools to enable common access to information (travel, meeting minutes, calendar of events, etc.)
Update R&D organizational charts on a monthly basis.
Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma / Degree holder.
Minimum of 4 5 years' administration experience in supporting dynamic teams in fast-paced MNC environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Comfortable in handling confidential, sensitive information and materials.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive approach to the job.
Strong attention to details and accuracy, with excellent professional judgment.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
A team player who is highly resourceful and a self-starter.
Culturally sensitive with strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
