Job Summary

The World Wide (WW) Digital Channel Team drives the development of digital strategies across all Apple channels. It creates a consistent brand experience in the digital world, whether it is on a channel partners website or on global marketplaces.

The WW Digital Channel Team serves as the center of expertise on digital and will be instrumental in unlocking Apple’s potential in maximizing it’s brand presence, customer acquisition and sales across digital channels.

As the WW Strategic Marketplace Partnership Manager for Asia based eCommerce Titans, you will be responsible for creating holistic digital channel strategy and roadmaps with key global strategic marketplace accounts and driving business development to identify innovative ways, define new partnership models, and develop online programs to sell Apple products through partners’ platforms and investments.

This role is highly collaborative and you will need to work closely with regional digital specialists and sales teams, lead cross functional teams as well as interface with external partners to drive the overall success of the global partnership and Apple’s sales growth.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a B2C eCommerce company
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital commerce technology with specific experience(s) in online / mobile commerce
  • Experience with business development and / or online product management, created new business models or innovative digital products that maximized sales or customer satisfaction
  • Ability to develop creative briefs to articulate customer experience and / or program / product needs
  • Ability to manage accounts and partnerships
  • Analytical and numerical aptitude; versed in analytics and proficient in analyzing data for new business models and programs decision making
  • Ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Action-oriented and full of energy for challenges
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
  • Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical contributors, management and executive leadership
  • China is one of key markets supported by this role hence the ability to speak and read Chinese is required
