We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Communications & Change Lead, APAC .

Key Stakeholders : Head of HR Transformation APAC, Chief Human Resources Officer, Director of Communications, AIM2020 APAC Programme Director
In 2016, JLL embarked on a multi-year transformation journey to improve its HR and Finance functions. The transformation includes, new or upgraded IT platforms, new operating models, process simplification and greater use of shared services.
The programme’s vision is to enhance JLL’s competitiveness, by simplifying the way we work and investing in new technology, to improve our Finance and HR functions and enable better business insights and decision making’.
We are now looking for a Senior Manager Communications & Change to work with the HR Transformation team on a 6-month contract.
What this job involves
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
In this role you will engage and partner with the AIM2020 project team, the regional Marketing team and the Global change team to develop and communicate change strategy.
You will possess an innate passion to establish and advance stakeholder relationships both internally, and externally with our consulting partners.
You’ll look to influence key stakeholders to obtain ongoing sponsorship and support for new ways of working.
Communicating & Coaching
Successful communication is the heart of this role. You’ll support the global communications lead with the development of communications plans in line with change activities schedule.
Are you a natural coach? You will need to provide support and coaching to leaders advising them how to deploy changes throughout their organisation.
A Marketing Mind-set
Are you a natural Marketer? You will need the ability to write engaging, yet concise communications that effectively relay strategy and updates.
Do you enjoy designing and formatting creative PowerPoint presentations and media that captivate your audience and support the change process?
In this role, you will be working closely with senior leadership and diverse interest groups. You’ll drive a spirit of collaboration to help ensure the Transformation teams runs to maximum efficiency.
You’ll support the building of a sense of team responsibility and accountability across the communications and changes teams.
You can maintain a flexible approach to changing priorities.
