Voted Best Buffet Restaurant in Singapore by AsiaOne People’s Choice Awards for 7 consecutive years, we invite you to be part of the award winning F&B team as you take on the following responsibilities :

  • Prepare daily items from A la Carte, Buffet & Catering menus and to standby mise-en-place and show cooking items that are consistent with the current SOP.
  • Stationed at the show cooking counter, you are to ensure prompt replenishment of buffet dishes and attend to guest requests timely.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the working environment and operating equipment.
  • Main duties include breakfast preparation and midnight ala carte orders.
  • Write to us if you have a passion in Culinary arts, is service-oriented, able to work independently under tight time lines and at least 2 years experience in this position.

    Working Hours : 10.00pm to 7.30am (S$350 allowance) per month.

    Job Type : Full-time. Rotating shifts on a 5-day work week.
