Description JOB DESCRIPTION Assist team members with their day to day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.

Ability to prepare marketing and advertising strategies and execute various marketing campaigns effectively. To prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.

To work closely with the rest of the team to come up with the marketing strategies.

Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and new product information. Support the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating, collating content and organising promotional items as and when required.

Ability to track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails Requirements of the role : At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business.

At least 5 years of either marketing or advertising experience in an FMCG organisation. Excellent attention to detail. Must be well organised and self-
