To plan, develop, upgrade and maintain NLB properties andfacilitiesand provide project management &logistical support to user divisions in order to create and sustain a safe andconducive environment for the public and staff alike.
At least 10 years of experiencein Project Management and Facilities Management
Good interpersonal andcommunication skills (writing and speaking)
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Good networking skillsboth within NLB and with outside organizations
Perseverance in tacklingproblems and completing projects and tasks
