Job Description

This position is responsible for business development activities of the organization and drives the sales growth and development for the company that would increase revenues and profits.

Major responsibilities shall include and not limit to the following :

  • Develop new business or revenue opportunities through new relationships and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Identifies market opportunities for business development and develop strategies and business plan for market penetration and business growth.
  • Good market understanding and knowledge of the market including targets, industries and competition and provide market reports and feedback to the management.
  • Support in the development of new customer business relationship, including lead generation and opportunity identification.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and penetration of new markets.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations for clients and to the management team.
  • Others duties as may be assigned.
  • Qualification and Experience :

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline with more than 3 years’ business development experience in precision metal stamping / medical industry will be advantageous.
  • Ability to do cost analysis and presentation
  • Creative, results driven, self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Possess relevant industry knowledge with business acumen.
  • Have record of successful new business developments.
  • Ability to speak another language in Japanese will be advantageous (to liaise with Japanese speaking associates)
