This position will provide financial analysis and insights to Finance Business Partners to take decisions and actions that drive the best possible financial outcomes in terms of growth in revenue and margin.

This position will also provide the Financial Controller with financial analysis and insight to drive Net Working Capital improvement.
The role requires excellent analytical skills and ability to build confidence with Senior Decision Support Analyst and Financial Controller in order to assist them in influencing senior decision-makers.
Support the Senior Decision Support Analyst and management teams / the business to drive and improve performance, through running and delivering routine and ad hoc analysis and reports, highlighting significant variances and areas for further attention and analysis for example revenue, net sales, order-
book, pipeline and utilisation.
Support the Senior Decision Support Analyst with regular reporting over the month-end results e.g. net working capital and aged debtor’s analysis.
Run analysis to evaluate the service offering portfolio and mix e.g. service / product profitability.
Run scenario analysis in setting strategies and business unit targets with the business e.g. competitor analysis.
Gather business input and create first drafts of budgets and forecasts, including supporting any reporting system submissions thereof
Review and consolidate regional forecasts.
Report improvements and additional analysis to provide insight across the business.
Prepare reports and analysis to review the progress and achievement of any applicable bonus and commission schemes.
Run preliminary rate card calculations and any restatements required.
Support Senior Decision Support Analyst with analysis that supports sales management and pricing, analysis in assessing job performance e.
g. job / customer profitability.
Perform trend and variance analysis; perform direct cost analysis and product cost analysis.
Support the Senior Decision Support Analyst and the Financial Controller with any relevant ad hoc queries from WPP / Kantar.
Educated to a degree level ideally majoring in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3 years of experience in an accountant role and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Business oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a lateral thinker who can spot connections from a variety of sources
Accountable, delivers on promises and follows through on commitments even in challenging circumstances.
Demonstrates self-awareness, a proactive team player, and displays excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience from working in a similar industry or a project-based organisation would be advantageous.
