At the moment we're looking for a Guest Services Leader tojoin our Fun and Dynamic team at Pre-Opening Holiday Inn ExpressSingapore Serangoon .

You’ll have ambition, talent andobviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking forsomeone who can

  • deliver our unique Guest Experience and is responsible for consistent delivery of the Express guest experience
  • liaises with the outsourced food provider, overseeing and directing the Great Room efficiently to ensure modern and uncomplicated customer service is delivered
  • ensure all training is provided to the team and equippedthem to deliver the guest experience & key responsibilities of GuestServices team
