1.Product Quality Complaint Handling Support complaint investigation / Health Authority response and root cause analysis, reporting and trending of complaint rates.
2.Lead the Customer Complaint Review Board (CCRB) meeting in the discussion on complaint investigations and evaluation of complaints trend.
3.Participate as site representative in the Vision Care Complaints community at Global Corporate Platform 4.QM Management Support QM / QD, CORP implementation to site and gaps remediation.
Assist in internal and external audit activities. Perform non-conformance investigations and follow through the implementation of CAPAs identified 5.
Participate in Quality Council and Management Review as representative in the reporting of Customer feedback / complaint trends.
6.Compliance Oversight Responsible for the prompt initiation and completion of Management Escalations and Field Action Assessment process in AML, Conduct internal audits as per schedule and support in external audits 7.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor according to business needs
Bachelor’s Degree (Science / Engineering degree). English Minimum 2 year of working experience in a quality function within a medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Familiar with cGMP or ISO13485 requirement
