The role of Client Service Executive within RMS Client Facing organization is enabling the RMS business and clients to meet critical business needs : client satisfactions and financial objectives, by working as :

  • Serves as initial point of contact for assigned clients and directly accountable for work conducted in terms of analyses and presentation
  • Work with senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
  • Identify potential opportunities based on client discussions and needs, and communicate to respective team members
  • Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
  • Provide desk-research, administrative and operational support to senior staffs
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in both client servicing and internal processes in the team and support business process and productivity improvement projects
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field and with 1-2 years working experience
  • Experience in FMCG or market research industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical mind and proactive
  • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Technically proficient in MS Office and Google applications
  • General interest in consumer packaged goods industry and retail / trade environment
