Our client is a well known exporter in electronics goods.

They have an immediate requirement for SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :

1.Report directly to Sales Executive / Manager

2.Processing and tracking all sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.

3.Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, inspection companies & warehouse.

4. Assist the Sales Executive in the daily administration of the section

5.Assist in generating customers’ reports.

6.Assist in generating of customers’ billing and invoicing

7.Coordinate shipment with sales and shipping team to meet customer requirement

8.Support Sales Manager / Executive on reports to meet customer requirement

9.Support Sales Manager / Executive on invoicing and billing

10. Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.

Requirement :

Diploma / Higher NITEC / O’ Level

  • Minimum 1 to 2 year working experience in customer service, preferably in a Sales / Marketing environment.
  • Proactive
  • Good Inter-personnel & communication skill
  • Analytical & Multi-tasking skill
  • Computer proficiency must be well versed in MS Office, Word Excel & Power-point
