Contribute to the success of MSD Resiliency Program by
a. Supporting the IAM related MSM Actions and engage business IT teams on IAM service adoption and onboarding process
b. Working with program leads, platform leaders and engineers located in different geographical regions
Supporting the IAM Governance lead in the technical and service management scope. Serve as a liaison between teams from Information Security, Identity and Access Management engineering, Application and Business Owners and IT Organizations.
The incumbent’s core responsibilities have global implications and will work with infrastructure and systems development areas throughout the company so to achieve the highest level of protection services.
Primary Activities :
Drive adoption of identity access governance controls through working with business and technical stakeholders to ensure MSD's applications have proper controls in place for managing privilege accounts, access reviews and access registration processes.
Identify and Implement best practices for privilege account management, access requests and registration, access and account attestation.
The incumbent will help develop best practice guides and procedures for IAM Governance services. - Keep abreast of IAM policy development, emerging frameworks, guidelines and standards.
Participate in cross-functional project team where required, including Risk Management and Information Security project teams.
Gather and understand divisional and site business requirements for IAM services. Maintain active and direct interaction with key customers.
MSD System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) adherence and adoption
The incumbent should be familiar with a range of IAM technologies including Directory Services, Provisioning, Identity and Access Management Governance and Access Controls.
Specifically but not limited to :
a. Microsoft Active Directory, forest and domains, organization units and user identities and objects.
b. Microsoft Windows-based systems across the enterprise
Familiar with Identity and Access Management lifecycle and understand information security and risk management concepts.
Assist in vendor and technology assessments.
Confident in presenting topics on IAM Governance and provide guidance on IAM policy adherence, advocate secure computing practices, procedures and Information Security best practices.
Demonstrate leadership in working with cross-functional teams, achieving shared objectives
Ability to organize, manage and deliver assignments in a timely manner. Act with courage and candor, demonstrate a high level of ethics and integrity, drive results, foster collaboration and make rapid and disciplined decisions.
Education : B.S. in appropriate scientific, engineering, or computer science or equivalent.
3+ years of proven work experience in IT Security field.
Professional Certifications in CISSP, MCSA, MCSE, CISA / CISM, IAPP CIPT are CIAM are added advantages
Ability to work independently and a team player in a fast paced environment.
The scope may include after office hours commitment
Natural curiosity and open to new ideas and challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at multiple levels within the organization.
Business Proficient knowledge of English language in combination with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Besides English, fluent in spoken / written Chinese and / or Japanese. Someone who understands the culture in China and / or Japan is preferred
