Curvature Singapore is looking for candidates with a great work ethic to join the APAC Accounting department. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.
The ideal candidate will have a polished, professional demeanor, good time management skill and excel in communicating with both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements :
Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
Creating and updating expense reports
Processing reimbursement forms
Assist to manage Petty Cash
Review and prepare customer invoices
Assist in credit control

Effective communication skills via face-to-face communication, email and phone
Professional Qualities and Experience :
Diploma holders or equivalent.
Good command of English is essential,
Meticulous. Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A strong aptitude in financial systems and good personal computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel), experience in Oracle would be an advantage.
