Operationalize Ecosystems business development, platform management, and partner solutions for the Consumer Banking Group
Oversee the execution of product delivery, platform development, and solution design to achieve optimal outcomes and managing trade-offs
Align various workstreams and stakeholders to ensure cross-platform efficiencies
Manage all operational aspects of ecosystem partnerships together with country Ops team, including joint processes, service and ops design and execution, SLAs, compliance and risk management protocols, customer life cycle management, and partner engagement and escalation frameworks
Manage tracking of KPIs and business goals from ecosystem partnerships jointly with country
Create and lead governance forums and processes to ensure oversight and provide guidance for country ecosystem initiatives
Lead proactive efforts to improve efficiencies, reduce wastage, mitigating risks, and managing ambiguity.
12-15 years of experience in partner management, product management, sales operations, delivery management, and / or project / program management roles
Experience in fast-paced and complex companies and industries with heavy focus on product management, such as consumer internet, payments, ecommerce, and digital financial services
Experience in working cross-functionally and across regions and functions to overall business KPIs and operational efficiency
Strong process and operations orientation, passionate about achieving program success through solving the details of execution
Understanding and experience of large-scale program and process management, models, including adopting tracking, governance, CRM, and other solutions
Appreciation of partnership acquisition, solution design, delivery, and ongoing partner management processes
Experience with Agile Development methodology and processes
