Job Description

  • Answering customer machine problems
  • Answering customer enquiries
  • Following up on customer machines problems
  • Checking up on customer details & profiles
  • Contact vendor / dealer on customer machine problem
  • Update daily schedule and assign engineers the service jobs via GCS (in house system)
  • Coordinate with senior engineer to arrange schedule for service engineer
  • Input new machines data & customers details into MMM & GCS (in house system)
  • Edit & maintain machine data & customer details (India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Middle East)
  • Support engineers on retrieval of documents
  • Input all service report into GCS
  • Doing filling of documents
  • Update export license confirmation record for machine installation / servicing by service engineer in excel file
  • Update approval used machine in excel file
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
