JOB DESCRIPTION

Consumer Issues (CSI) Division spearheads initiatives in financial education and coordinates MAS' responses to consumers who have disputes with financial institutions.

This is a contract role not exceeding a year. Your responsibilities will include the following :

  • Support CSI’s complaints management (e.g. assignment of cases and creating of draft case logs in the complaints management database)
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks, including support a IT application project, which may include the following :
  • o User Acceptance Testing (e.g. compile a list of test scenarios and draft the acceptance criteria)

    o Documentation support (e.g. to document CSI’s discussion with line departments, IT department, vendor; and document user acceptance test results)

    o Administrative support (e.g. co-ordinates meeting, booking of meeting rooms)

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to multiple-task
  • Good in Microsoft skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Ability to write well
  • A Team player
  • Experience in co-ordinating IT system project, including user acceptance testing, would be advantageous
