Business Development Manager (East, Haircare) Description Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and business and expand the Company’s distribution reach / channel to achieve revenue & profit targets.
Engage in market research to develop new accounts with potential growth.
Present and market products to all accounts and monitor team members’ sales result.
Ensure meeting of yearly sales budget for all brands.
Identify sales prospect and follow up on new lends / referrals, prepare presentation and proposals. Establish and maintain with accounts excellent potential client relationships.
Implement sales activities to increase sales and reduce stock.
Assist in marketing events such as seminar, trade shows and educational activities.
Provide on the job sales training / coaching and account development to the sales team.
Ensure timely collection of payment for all account.
To develop and grow existing accounts through effective sales strategies
Follow-up on sales leads and provide excellent account servicing
Timely execution of sales paperwork, report and marketing campaigns
Support the implement of events such as product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations etc.
Responsible for building solid relationships with the assigned accounts and develop more business opportunities through upselling products and services.
Uncover opportunities within the accounts and build sales pipeline
Ability to analyse technical solutions and understanding client’s needs and requirements
Coordinate and manage all dealings with the accounts including customer relationships, sales, and post-sales activities
Ability to identity the technical requirements deem fit for individual distribution outlets or for total territorial improvement
To provide the highest level of professionalism to ensure mutual satisfaction and long term business ties with all distribution outlets
To handle all inquiries raised by the distribution outlets and be able to resolve them in a fair timely manner.
To supervise, monitor and review all business-related activities of the sales person periodically to ensure achievement of monthly quarterly and yearly performance Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business related fields or equivalent
At least 8 years of working experience in sales or business development experience will be an added advantage
Possess own transport
